The Thorens MM-008 ADC is an RIAA Pre-Amplifier.

The MM-008 ADC phono pre-amplifier is the successor of the famous MM-008, and thus remains an easy to use and connect product, and also very efficient. In the form of a metal case with a brushed aluminium front panel, the MM-008 remains sober and discreet, but above all very functional: designed for MM and MC cells, it offers both an external power supply, but above all - its strong points - an analogue/digital converter and a USB output for digitising vinyl records on a computer.
